ccess to and use of Resume Demand’s (herein may be referred to as “we” & “us”) services and website are subject to these terms & conditions (herein referred to as “Terms”) and all relevant laws. By accessing any areas of our site, the Client agrees to be bound by these terms. If we revise these terms, we will update the site accordingly. Visitors and Clients that use our site following any change reflects their agreement to follow and be bound by the terms as changed. We may also edit, revise, move/delete portions of, or add to the site from time to time without notice.
SERVICES
Our services include professional writing and other services that will market the Client’s skills and professional abilities. We rely on the detail and accuracy of the information provided by the Client to produce only the highest quality professional marketing tools and documents. Resume Demand will not be responsible for misrepresentation of identity, falsification of work experience or past employment. Resume Demand agrees to make changes to documents and correct errors as suggested by the Client during the drafting stage. The Client is responsible for effort in proofing the drafts submitting by Resume Demand. Acceptance of the documents relies solely on the Client. All changes must be made in writing within seven days of receiving the 1st draft.
We will make every effort to ensure satisfaction of the products we create. Based on the target position the Client has indicated; it may be possible that Resume Demand will choose to include or omit certain sections of the career history for strategic reasons. If the Client disapproves, we will explain our rationale and ask you to trust our experience. If you still disapprove, we will proceed to revise our work following your instructions to your satisfaction. Revisions will cease once the resume has been finalized and delivered to the Client.
REFUNDS
The Client will have up to 7 days to request a refund of services if they are dissatisfied after the 1st draft was provided. The refund will be for %25 of the purchase price. You further acknowledge that the time spent reviewing initial documents and preparing the resume, researching your profession and or completion of other materials in conjunction with communicating with the Client is compensation-able.
YOUR RESUME & PERSONAL IDENTITY
Resume Demand reserves the right to format, edit, and or modify resumes to promote products and services (with personal identifiers and information removed). We will never sell, disclose, distribute or display any content with personal information of the Client upon purchasing services from our site to protect the client’s privacy.
By purchasing our services, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, and fully sublicensable right to edit, modify, adapt, reproduce, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute and display such content, of course, minus any personal identifiable information. By submitting and providing information, the Client warrants they own or otherwise control all the rights to the content they provide us.
Testimonials you submit are reviewed before being published on the site. Resume Demand reserves the right to edit and modify your testimony to correct grammatical or typing errors.
LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY
Resume Demand offers Career Services in addition to Resume writing services. However, please note, Resume Demand does not guarantee job interviews or job offers. We can only provide the best tools to aid in the Client in their career search.
By using our site, you agree that Resume Demand for any reason, not be liable to you or any other party for any indirect, direct, incidental, consequential, punitive, or any other damages, however, caused, and regardless of character. The visitor agrees to defend, indemnify, and hold Resume Demand harmless from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs & expenses (including, but not limited to, attorney fees), resulting from the use of our site.
We make no guarantee that the contents of the site are error-free nor that the site will operate in a manner that is secure (unless otherwise indicated), uninterrupted, or free of viruses or other harmful code beyond control. Resume Demand is not responsible for technical, hardware, or software failures of any kind nor any issues resulting from the same.
Due to the inherent differences between computers and printers, you may find issues with documents printing correctly. This could be due to several factors; the font, margins, page defaults, the type of printer, the software or settings. These issues, however, can be attributed to defaults and settings imposed on the document by your printer. We will take every step to ensure your satisfaction. However, some issues are beyond our control and require the Client to make adjustments on their end.
If any portion of these terms is unlawful or unenforceable, that portion will be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity or the enforceability of the Terms that remain.
